To qualify for a refund, returns must be made within 30 days of delivery in original condition with materials included. You will cover shipping fees between $100-$695+, which could be deducted from your refund or charged to your credit card if not returned as it was.

When shopping for an overstock mattress, look for brands that offer at least 365 nights return policy (not less). Avoid brands that have associated fees with returns as these can add up quickly. Read the fine print carefully so you know all details before you commit to buying it.
