Casper Mattress Warranty

When buying a new mattress, understand the warranty from the brand you're considering. Casper mattresses come with a 10-year coverage for US and Canada customers, and 3 years for trade customers. Exclusions include clearance items, physical damage, comfort preferences, commercial use and unauthorized retailers.

The warranty covers repair or replacement of the mattress or mattress cover only; no cash refunds are available and customers must pay any shipping costs associated with replacement. Coverage is limited to the original purchase price and other implied warranties aren't included.
