Finding the perfect mattress for both your budget and comfort needs can be challenging. That's why, when you shop at Lull, it's important to understand their return policy.

Returns are allowed for certain products within various trial periods:
• Mattresses: 365 nights
• Bed frames & foundations: 100 nights
• Bedding products: 100 nights

If you decide to return your purchase within the specified timeframe, there will be a 10% processing fee of the retail price. You must also provide all required information and documentation within 30 days of making the request. Additionally, only one mattress, one bed frame/foundation and two bedding products are allowed per household or shipping address. Opting for a brand with a least a 365-night trial period (and no additional fees) is ideal if you're thinking of returning your purchase in the future.
