Shopping for a mattress? Exchange policy is key. Purple's policy gives you 100 days to switch, but that may be too long for some. Plus, you have to wait 21 days before you can exchange and can only do it once.
This might not be as generous as other brands offering shorter trial periods and multiple exchanges. On the plus side, you have more time to decide if it's right for you. But, the minimum 21-day period isn't ideal if you want to test it out ASAP. And with only one exchange allowed, your options may be limited.
It all boils down to personal needs-100 days is great if you need more time to decide but check out other brands if you're after shorter trials and multiple switches.
