T&N's mattress return policy offers generous 100-day returns. If you decide within the trial period that it's not the right fit, T&N will provide a full refund and help with donation of used product.

To start the process:
• Fill out an online form
• A response will be sent within 48 hours with instructions

Depending on use and size, T&N may provide a prepaid FedEx label or arrange a pickup from partnering companies. You'll also get a donation receipt when donating item(s). Refunds are transferred to original payment within 5-10 business days after processing return.

If purchased through Amazon, all returns must go through them; for other resellers contact partnerships@tn.com during the 100 day period for return/exchange inquiries.

When shopping for mattresses go for brands with 365-night policies as more time is given to test out products than T&N's 100 day window. Steer clear of those with fees linked to returning as this extra financial burden could hamper an already difficult decision-making process.
