Original Mattress Factory warranties are limited and may not protect you against all problems with your mattress.

These warranties include:
• Cover defects in workmanship or materials, excluding body impressions and damage caused by bed frames or normal wear & tear.
• Don't extend the product's lifespan or cover incidental/consequential damages and may not be valid for all states.
• Require proof of purchase, and you may need to pay shipping costs.
• Are voided if used without a matching box spring - must be paired for full performance.
• Exclude comfort preference, bedding size/height, fabric cover stains/soiling/burns, and bent border wires from improper folding of mattress.

If you're unsure about Original Mattress Factory's coverage, look for a mattress with a lifetime warranty that offers more favorable terms. Choose one that is comfortable, well-built and with few limitations on their warranty policy.
