Us Mattress Return Policy

If you're thinking of buying a mattress from Mattress USA, consider their return policy first. Unlike many other brands, they don't offer refunds. Instead, there's a 120-Night In-Home Trial which lets you figure out if the mattress is right for you. However, this trial is non-refundable.

Express Delivery orders must be cancelled before shipment or custom mattresses can't be cancelled after they've been ordered. Customers have 7 days to request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number after delivery and 14 days to ship the item back with agreed upon return fees - otherwise refusal of delivery will result in round trip shipping fees plus a 25% restocking fee.

If there are damages with your order, contact Mattress USA within 1 day so that customer service can request photos of the damage and replace parts or items as needed.

Other brands offer more generous policies, such as 365-night return periods or no fees for returns - so keep this in mind when making your purchase decision to avoid unnecessary expenses.
