Rooms To Go Mattress Exchange Policy

Rooms To Go, a leading furniture and mattress retailer, has a strict return policy that may be too restrictive for some customers. Their 90-night sleep trial period begins 30 nights after delivery.

Return or exchange of an item within 48 hours of unanticipated items before delivery or within 3 days of online sales will incur a refund which takes 10 business days to process.

• Pickup, redelivery and restocking fees may apply for certain exchanges such as mattresses & box springs as well as certain types of delivery orders being ineligible for cancellation or refund.
• Exchange of box springs due to height preference is allowed within 7 days of delivery with fees charged.
• Warranty exchanges follow other terms outlined in their policy. Reselected boxes, floor models and damaged boxes are excluded; the customer must pay any price difference.

Compared to other brands with 365-night trial periods or no penalties for cancelling/returning, Rooms To Go's return policy does not have such generous terms making it less favorable for customers who want more freedom in returning mattresses and other items from their store.
