Lucid Mattress Return Policy

When considering a mattress warranty, read the terms and conditions carefully. Lucid offers a 20-year limited warranty, but it's less than other brands. It won't cover comfort preference, damage from an inappropriate box spring or bed frame, bed weight/height, cover/fabric, transportation costs of product and inspection/removal costs.

To have a valid warranty customers must provide an original store receipt, proof of purchase price and law label from the defective product; then wait for an inspector to approve it. Lucid also reserves right to deny warranty if product is in unsanitary condition or failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or materials. They can substitute material of equal or higher value. Any implied warranties including those of merchantability and fitness for a purpose shall not exceed the term of this limited warranty.
